Ingredients (for 1)
17.5 X 9 X 9 cm (6.9 X 3.5 X 3.5 inch)


White Bread Dough


bread flour
skim milk powder
salt
sugar
instant dried yeast
warm water
butter
200g
6g (3 tsp)
3g (0.5 tsp)
15g
4g (1.3 tsp)

Sprinkle the yeast over the warm water. Stir to dissolve the yeast. Leave for 15 minutes. >>

Knock back the dough by punching it gently. Turn out the dough.

Roll the dough out into a rectangle.

Bake at 180 degrees C (356 degrees F) for 30 minutes, or until golden.

Press a finger into the dough. If indentation remains, the dough has properly risen.
