    White Bread


    Ingredients (for 1)
    17.5 X 9 X 9 cm (6.9 X 3.5 X 3.5 inch)
    White Bread Dough
    bread flour
    skim milk powder
    salt
    sugar
    instant dried yeast
    warm water
    butter
    200g
    6g (3 tsp)
    3g (0.5 tsp)
    15g
    4g (1.3 tsp)
    136g
    10g
    1. Sprinkle the yeast over the warm water. Stir to dissolve the yeast. Leave for 15 minutes. >>
    6. [Knocking back]
    Knock back the dough by punching it gently. Turn out the dough.
    2. [Kneading]
    Put the flour, skim milk powder, salt, sugar, butter in a large bowl. Pour the foamed yeast.
    Fold the dough into thirds.
    Bring the ingredients together to form a sticky mass. 7. [Dividing]
    Divide the dough in half.
    Transfer to a kitchen table. How to kneadwith hands or with a food processor. Shape the dough into a ball lightly.
    Throw the dough. 8. [Leaving]
    Cover loosely with a damp cloth and leave for 15 minutes.
    Turn the dough. 9. [Shaping]
    Roll the dough out into a rectangle.
    Repeat this process of turning and kneading. Roll the dough up.
    Knead for 10 minutes. Flatten the dough lightly.
    The dough is smooth, thinly, elastic.
    This is the dough after kneading.
    Fold the dough into thirds. Put the dough in the lightly greased pan.
    3. Shape the dough into a smooth ball. 10. [Leaving to rise]
    Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until the dough reach the top of the pan. >>
    4. [Leaving to rise]
    Put the dough in a lightly oiled bowl.
    Spray the surface lightly with a water atomizer.
    Leave to rise in a draught-free place for 50-60 minutes, or until 2.5-3 times in size. >> 11. [Baking]
    Bake at 180 degrees C (356 degrees F) for 30 minutes, or until golden.
    5. [Finger test]
    Press a finger into the dough. If indentation remains, the dough has properly risen.
